The Cumann na mBunscol Gaelic football season is off to a fantastic start, with our team securing a well-deserved victory in our first group game. The players showed great teamwork, determination, and skill on the pitch, setting a strong tone for the rest of the competition. With two more group games ahead in the coming weeks, we’re excited to see what this talented team can achieve. Best of luck to all the players – keep up the hard work.
Mr Walsh's 2nd class
Mr. Walsh's and Ms. Somers's 2nd class are taking part in the St. Pat's Athletic Saints and Scholars Numeracy Programme this year. This is a fantastic opportunity for the boys to practice new soccer skills, learn about players from St. Pat's and to also give additional time to learning Maths.
The boys have thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the programme so far!
Over the past 5 weeks, the boys have been learning many different football skills and have been putting them into practice during matches!
The boys were busy at work designing their own St. Pat's jerseys!
Along with playing football, the boys spent time practicing different Math skills, from addition and subtraction, to time.
